why do you not create a hole in implant in apical part of it and put a screw trough the bone and hole from bucal to lingual? For increasing the stability of implants

Do you have to wait 6mnths before restoring?
Does the loading of Rex implants need to be axial. It was mentioned within the instructions that for the 1.8mm that you should not use a custom abutment angular ion of 15degrees. I don’t understand why and does this apply for all tooth to implant angulation.

If we are not using piezo already, can we just purchase the Rex piezo kit?
will the US tips fit on standard US scaler – example P5 – or is it ESSENTIAL to have a far more expensive bone cutting US with different attachments? Great talk – thanks
how could you determine the length of the rectangular cavity by bone preparation ?I mean how far should be the distance between the main initial cavity and the two short cavities ?
Will it have a wedging effect on the bone and lead to fracture propagation epecially old patients?
