Dr. Mazur received her degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthodontics, cum laude, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy. She also completed her specialization in Orthognathodontics at the same university, graduating with honors. Dr. Mazur defended her doctoral thesis in Odontostomatological Diseases at the Department of Oral and Maxillo-Facial Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome, where she is currently a researcher.
She is the author of more than 60 journal publications, co-author of several textbook chapters, and has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences. She also serves as a co-advisor for the Italian Core Curriculum in Cariology.
Dr. Mazur’s primary fields of scientific interest include enamel pathophysiology, epidemiology, community dentistry, minimally invasive techniques in dental aesthetics, and green initiatives related to oral health. She is particularly focused on the environmental sustainability of traditional oral-dental preventive materials and conventional diagnostic technologies.
Practicing since 2008, Dr. Mazur specializes in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics for children and adults, and oral surgery for the developmental age.
