Do you ever use bone putty (injectable cartridge) in the crestal approach?
You show the piezo to start the lift. Do you use the piezo to complete the lift or do you use the conventional sinus curettes?
what about temperature of the rinsing saline’s solution?
is there a ridge height below which the classical crestal approac is usually not reccomended today?

Hi, what about long term complications, more than 5-8 years. The augmentation material is less over the years and the implant apices are without bone covering.
